Meet The Artist
Azmaree Curtis is a 24 year old multi-faceted artist currently located in the DMV area. Although specializing in both creative direction and fashion styling, her artistry is not limited to these as she also offers hair, makeup, and modeling services. Azmaree’s work is heavily influenced by her Afro-Caribbean background and black, female experiences in America. She is passionate about assisting individuals on their journey of self expression by tapping into their inner/ self desires through the means of fashion. Azmaree values the idea of unapologetic cultural expression. She encourages others to identify and acknowledge the cultures and experiences they’ve been apart of and aims to create a space for these individuals to feel comfortable telling these stories through various art forms.
